I lost 4 pounds in 4 DAYS. WHAT? I didn’t even exercise AT ALL. Holy balls. This is like… I can’t even… I’m so happy!
I know, I know, I know, it is probably just water weight but still. I’ve been eating healthier thanks to Weight Watchers, so I’m sure some of it is bound to stay off.

Pizza Can Still Be Low Calories Peopleee Check Thiss Ish Out!
1 Flat Out Light Italian Wrap (90 cals)
1/4 cup light mozzarella cheese (70 cals)
1/4 cup pizza sauce (30 cals)
10 Hormel turkey pepperonis (40 cals)
Bake in oven until cheese is melted or toast in toaster oven.
Total: 230 calsif you’re a veggie person you can cut the Pepperoni and Add Veggies or add a few of both! still gonna only add up to about 250 Calories…u cant beat that with a Stick
